Hi Everybody, I'm trying to identify an old photograph. It was taken at "Decker's Gallery" in Mt.Vernon. Does anyone recognize that studio or know when it was in business? Anybody venture a guess as when the photo was taken based on the clothes or the photo studio? As far as I know, my family left Missouri by the mid-1860s, but that could be wrong. My best guess about who the couple might be is DAVIS, MANKIN(S), or KILLIAN. I'm saying that because the photo belonged to my great-aunt, and those are her families. Since I thought I saw that photos could not be posted on this list, I put the image at <http://www.halcyon.com/tmend/Unknowns.htm> It takes a second to load, but then it should be clear.
