    3. Jack, If the obituary names his surviving family members, please send a transcription of it in the next email. That would help me to suggest how to search for additional living descendants other than the suggestions at the end of my detailed message. In the 1900 and 1910 Censuses, it is reported that Mary Anthony had had nine children and six were living. The only one still at home is Walter. Others are listed in 1880, shortly after they moved to Missouri from Oakland, Pennsylvania. 1870 Census, Pennsylvania, Armstrong Co., Mahoning Township, P. O. Oakland, Pa., 22 Jul 1870, p. 7, lines 5-7, dwelling 38, family 39: Logan, Patrick, 24, m, w, Co[a]l Miner, Ir[e]land, father foreign-born, mother foreign-born, mar. So there are the names of seven children: James, born Jul 1869, Pennsylvania Mary, born ca. 1870-71, Pennsylvania Margaret, born ca. 1872-73, Pennsylvania Michael, Jr., born ca. 1874-75, Pennsylvania Elizabeth, born ca. 1877-78, Pennsylvania Bridget, born Feb 1880, Missouri Walter H., born Jun 1886, Missouri There are at least two other children, probably who died young, though it is possible one or two of those above died before 1900. It is possible that a child born in the early 1880s had married and moved out. It is possible that the child who died reported below in the Funeral Home records was Michael's. Again the Catholic Church records in Pierce City would probably be helpful if they can be located. Mary, Margaret, Elizabeth, Bridget, and Walter were living in 1900 and 1910 based on the data below. So there is one other living that might be named in Michael's obituary. This does not count the adopted son Joseph reported in the 1910 census. 1910 Census, Missouri, Lawrence Co., Peirce Township, Forest Park Precinct, family 20: Michael Anthony head 69-yr M-42 Pa. Ire.
