I used to live on Old Wire Rd in Brookline Station also called Battlefield Missouri The old farmhouse I lived in used to be a mailstop around the time of the civil war, There is a Civil War Battlefield approx 2 miles away...Old Wire Road ends just after you pass the Battlefiled on your left. If you are going south go passed the exit that would take you to Branson, It is one or two more exit's cross left over the bridge, Battlefield is just a couple miles down the road. Sorry for the poor directions, it has been 5 years since I lived in that area.
