    2. Hi Ross Cameron Really appreciate your input. and how you are keeping track of things that are coming in to MOLAWREN. I did know that the Wormingtons had been mentioned but there are so many familys descended from the Wormingtons that aren't being mentioned I was hoping to kick up a little dust and get some of those descendents interest. I really need to find some of the books you mentioned. I have seen one book (lets see if I can do this correctly from memory} that lists JONATHON HAWLEY WOMINGTON. It was in the Springfield MO library and it was called THE HISTORY OF LAWRENCE CO MO. published by GOODSPEED? It was a great find in 1962, but I have often wiondered who gaver the information to whoever put it together. It mention Anna Olive Hawley, but it took me 30 years to find anymore information on her. It said that Edward was born in England. Years later I found that not only was HE not born in England but there were three generations of Wormington's here before he was born in Norfolk Va. I don',t get a chance to get out and dig like I did at first. But a cousin of my mother Paul Wormington dug through books and records for 40 years and really came up with a pile of stuff on the Wormingtons. I have run across many people on line that have found the same thing that Paul found. I still would like to see some of the other books you mentioned . Also Where are theGilberts, Arnolds, Benny's Ryes of Lawrence Co..? A whole family of Ryes disappeared from Lawrence Co leaving three RYE foundlings in the 1860 Census of Lawrence Co WASHINGTON RYE age 10 in 1860 ; PORTHENA RYE age 9 in 1860 and JAMES C RYE age 8 in 1960. I believe I found the family listed as WRIGHT in the 1850 Census of Lawrence Co with Washington listed as the baby and five children older tha he. Parents names were H.W. RYE (Wright) b 1802 TN and Mary C Rye(Wright) b. 1806 KY. Ch 1. LAFAYETTE b1834 TN 2. JOHN F. b 1837 TN 3. GEORGE W.G. b 1839 TN 4.HENRY W (This is probably the fathers name also) b 1844 TN 5, CHARLES S.Y. b 1847 MO The other three children were born in MO also Does anyone have info or relatives on or from this family? Any input you have Ross is greatly appreciated. Patricia LIndsay Clemons
