Well, since business here is slowing down, I'll send a query. I have a marriage between Gen. L. Mayberry and Mary Jane Moore, Nov. 13, 1851, in Lawrence Co. I feel pretty sure the Mayberry is Lafayette Mayberry, of the Chesapeake area probably. But I would like to know which Moore family Mary Jane is from. She married a second time to Wm. M. Watterson, 5 Jan 1864, if my sources are correct. There is at least, on the marriage list, a marriage that fits. I also am puzzled about the Gen. in Mayberry's name on the marriage list. He was rather young to be a general I should think, since he was born in 1832. If anyone has any clues, please send them. Thanks. Nancy Pundsack
