Hi! Although I am not a Michel descendant, I remember at least one group of Michels in Dale, (southern)Indiana, circa 1974. During the seven years I lived and worked in that area (living history interpretor at the Abraham Lincoln Boyhood Farm, Lincoln City), I met an Yvonne (sp?) Michel.
