Dave E. Simmons died at Marionville Charles Price of Highlandsville, MO, former resident of Conway, died. Rev. Thomas J. WEilkerson died in Buffalo. Dr. JC Smith, dentist, had an infection in his arm. Elmer Hartzel and family of Morgan moved to Snecea. Mrs. Nancy Augusta Haven of Niangua, died. Joseph Shockley died at the home of niece, Mrs. Dora Freshour, at Morgan. He was 72,, ill for some time, services and burial at Eureka church, Rev. Fred McCLanahan. Twins, a boy and a girld, were born in the Reed neighborhood to Mr. and Mrs. Homer Graves, formerly Miss Mildred Shockley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gus Shockley of Conway. Dan Davis of Harrisonville, stationed in army at San Diego, California. Mrs. Paul Prosser of Phillipsburg returned home after operation in Lebanon hospital. Mrs. Logan White and chidlren left for Lancaster, California, after visiting family locally. Miss NAtalie Lindsay receiving nurse's training.
