    3. The Lebanon Daily Record, online edition, on 7 February, 2001, carried an article about the attempted robbery of the Caffeyville store. In the late 1920's, a combination gas station/store/lunch counter was established by the Caffey family, from whom I descend. It was located, at that time, on highway 66. I understand that some time later they added some tourist cabins in the rear. The business somehow took on the name Caffeyville. Sometime later, history says, that it was replaced with the new Interstate 44 cloverleaf. So the referenced article puzzles me. Can anyone tell me about the current Caffeyville, which was the subject of the robbery? Is it still owned by the Caffey's? Could someone scan a photo of the latest store and email it to me? I sure would appreciate it. Bob Morris Robert.morris40@verizon.net
