Thanks Nancy for posting all the things on the James family. I appreciate it. Some of them I didn't have. On the orbits: Jones?,Charley Walter ,that is really Charley Walter James, son of George and Susanna James. On the dates of b/d , there has to be a mistake and so far, I haven't been able to find it..One of the reasons, is that I found Charley as a 3 yr old child in the 1880 census (I believe it was in 1880,don't think it was in the 1870), in the George James household. Just to verify for you..that is how is it listed in the book, with the question mark,and I assume it is difficult to read...or they question the Jones in with the James...don't know, just that question mark... JONES, ? CHARLES WALTER , B & D 22 Feb 1877. I just noticed...the other one listed, THOMAS ISOM JAMES, son of G. R. and S. Q....he was born in 1877!....both sons could not have been born in 1877....?....so perhaps this Charles Walter really is a JONES...? Well...I will leave it to you!.
