LIST: As I live in California, over the last few years I have had to get my Missouri information this way, through the available books of resource and research materials, purchased through the Laclede County Historical Society, and also through the Ozarks Genealogical Society in Springfield, Greene Co., MO For those of you living in the Lebanon, or Laclede County area, ... most,,,or I should say..MANY MANY books and records are available at the Laclede County Historical Society...(in the old Jail House)..I have been there once...VERY NICE PEOPLE..eager to help...! And..SO MANY RESOURCE BOOKS!...so valuable to have as reference. I have not been to the Laclede County Genealogical Society, but I imagine they also have great amount of materials available...
