    3. No direct connection...but these: SARAH COX-1904 Mrs. Sarah M. Cox, wife of W. W. Cox, died Sunday, Feb 28th, (1904) at her home in Smith township, of consumption. Deceased was 43 years old, and leaves a husband and six children. The funeral was held Tuesday, March 1, and burial was in the Stoutland cemetery. (same lady) COX- On Monday, Feb 29, at her home near Sleeper, of consumption; Mrs. Sarah Cox, aged 40 years. Interment was made March 1, (1904) My Note: interesting, the death date different, and also her age?!?! W. W. COX, 81, DIES AT STOUTLAND HOME Funeral services were held Wed. afternoon at the home for W. W. Cox, 81, who died Monday after a lingering illness. The sermon was preached by the Rev. Cecil Smart. William Washington Cox was born in Pulaski County on March 25, 1859. In 1878 he was united in marriage with Sarah Margaret Hilton who with a son Cecil and a daughter preceded him in death. Four children of this union are living: Mrs. Charles Stevens of Laclede Co., Wallace Cox of Tulsa, OK., Harman Cox of Holdenville, OK., and Bland of Wall Lake, Iowa. Thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren also survive him. The former Miss Mary Builderbeck, whom he married April 19, 1909, also survives. Mr. Cox united with the Baptist Church at Cox Crossing many years ago. He practiced the marble cutter's trade many years. NANCY .... ^--^ .....
