First, Judy Purcell is cutting and pasting the newspaper information into tables, and we'd like to find out if someone would be willing to proof read it once we are done. Ray Moore's brother, Jasper, was in the hospital. Four army aviators were forced to land on the Herman Pearce farm. Mr. and Mrs. JE Kelly attended l00th anniversary of the Pigsah Baptist Church at Long Lane. It was the first baptist church in the area, all others organized from it. Ray Moore took an exam for a position in a gunpowder factory. Mrs. IP Everett died in the Morgan vicinity. Norman Boyd, Paul Evans and Roy Collier were inducted into army.
