    3. LaDonna, I've noticed that replies now no longer default to the List but, instead, go privately to the person who posted the message. I'm thinking that they used to default to the List. Did you change this option when you took over List? In my opinion, not having them default to the List, leaves a lot of unanswered questions in the archives because a lot of people just click "reply" and don't realize it's not going back to List. I'm the Administrator of several mailing lists, and I've found that having replies default to the List generates a lot more interaction between the subscribers. Also, many times, when people post queries there may be other people lurking out there who would like to know the answer too, but when reply goes privately to poster, they're left hanging. This is just my opinion.
