Hi Listers, Many of you have been asking about the status of the MoJeffer Website. The mailing list and the website are not managed together, I have no way of updating the website. I have made contact with the state coordinator and he is looking into the matter. Currently the site has not been considered abandoned. I do not know what steps will be taken in this situation or MoGenWeb policies until the state Coordinator informs me. At this point in time, I do want to ask for any volunteers who may be interested in helping temporarily or permanently with the site if they can not contact the coordinator or if he just needs assistance. If it comes to needing a new coordinator, I have been told by others, it can be a slow process, maybe even taking up to 30 days to update/change coordinators. LaDonna, What Jefferson County website are you referring to as not being kept up? Surely you're not referring to the Jefferson County MoGenWeb site at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~mojeffer/index.html In my opinion it's a wonderful website and is being kept up quite well. I submitted some photos recently which were promptly added to the website.
