Be sure to note the newspaper Circuit court dockets (agendas) printed frequently before, during, and after that time to follow the case to make it easier & quicker searching. Some of the original books may be housed at the Jefferson County History Center (Jefferson College Library), I don't have a list available but will note which ones next time I visit.
