My ancestors who either came to or from Jefferson County, Missouri include: REUBEN GARNETT WAGGENER (1797-1884) and his wife MARY (MOORE) WAGGENER (1817-1904). Reuben's son JESSE DAVID WAGGENER (1850-1935) and his wife ANNA ELIZA (KENNER) WAGGENER (1861-1938), are my great-grandparents. Their son JAMES RICHARD WAGGENER, SR. (1892-1977) was my grandfather. Anna's parents, also from Jeff. Co., were WILLIAM BRYANT KENNER (1831-1914) and MARY MALINDA (SWINK) KENNER (1836-1919). Mary's parents, also from Jeff.
