Thanks Charlotte, That is the child, though Missouri Birth & Death Records Database shows name as Thomas Allen Hensley 15d male white 03/17/1884 Jefferson, Buried Sandy Church 3/19/1884 returned by Thos Hensley, father of child. I'm trying to find out if this child was a brother to my grandfather, so was hoping to find an announcement of the birth that might show the mother's name. Guess they didn't always report the births on a regular basis. Thanks for looking for this.
