All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them to the executrix within one year after the date of said letters, or they may be precluded from any benefit of such estate; and if such claims be not exhibited within two years from the ate of this publication, they shall be forever barred. ADAMS, by deed, recorded in book 7, page 590 and following, beginning at the northeast corner of said tract which is the northwest corner of survey 315 aforesaid; thence 82 1/4 degrees east 189 feet 9 inches; thence south 7 1/4 degrees west 342 feet 2 inches to a stake on the north side of county road; thence north 83 1/4 degrees west 189 feet 9 inches to the west line of survey 315, thence north 7 1/4 degrees east with said survey line 314 feet 6 inches to the place of beginning, containing 1 1/2 acres, in Jefferson County, State of Missouri, for the purpose of making partition between said parties, for which the purchaser will be required to pay cash in hand at the time of sale. By virtue and authority of an order made by the Circuit court of the county of Jefferson, State of Missouri, at the May term, 1884, I will, on the 13th day of September, 1884, at the courthouse door in the town of Hillsboro, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that day offer for sale, at public auction, to the highest bidder, the following described land or real estate, to-wit: Lots number two and three of the northeast quarter of section number six, and the west half of lot number one of the northeast quarter of section number six, in township number thirty-nine, north of range number seven east, containing 16770-100 acres, more or less, situate in Jefferson County, Missouri, for the purpose of making partiton between said parties, for which the purchaser will be required to pay one-third of the purchase money in hand at the time of sale, the balance in twelve months, the purchaser giving his bond with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of eight per cent, per annum from date.
