Any archives management questions and issues can be directed to them by visiting Rootsweb.com and clicking on Help Desk. A volunteer usually responds within 24-48 hours. Leslie's tip on adding surnames to the subject line also is very helpful. This has been an informative thread on how to make roll calls manageable and the pros and cons. And, if anyone has further concerns or questions about the archives, the help desk is there to assist and aids the list to return to Jeff.
