I just looked at the names of the persons who are buried in Herculaneum City Cemetery. And I didn't see a relative of mine who died as a infant listed. His name was Ernest Woodrow Pruitt and he died in 1913, according to his death cert. Is Herculanuem City Cemetery the only cemetery in Herculaneum ?

Have you thought of the possibility that that there isn't a stone for the infant? Many of the cemetery transcriptions only list the names of persons who have tombstones.
