    3. Have you done a search on the 1880 in Jefferson County just using the first name?. There are about 430 Charles in the county, but if you have birth place and or approximate birth year - this would narrow the search. If not then even with 430 to look at, you might find who you are looking for. More than once I have had to find people using just a first name and place of birth in the county I knew they had to be in. It takes a bit of time, but worth it when you finally find them. ----- Original Message ----- From: Rick Waggener<mailto:sequoia@pacbell.net> To: richard van wagenen<mailto:rckhound68111@yahoo.com> ; MOJEFFER@rootsweb.com<mailto:MOJEFFER@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, January 27, 2007 1:54 PM Subject: Re: [MOJEFFER] 1880 census Richard- I don't see anything close to this in Jefferson County, in either the book or the census itself. What else do you have on him or his family that may provide some clues. If anybody has the book issued by the Jefferson Society, covering the year 1880, could they do a lookup for me. Am looking for Charles Bergner and family. ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to MOJEFFER-request@rootsweb.com<mailto:MOJEFFER-request@rootsweb.com> with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to MOJEFFER-request@rootsweb.com<mailto:MOJEFFER-request@rootsweb.com> with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
