After 4 years of looking, thanks to Tim and Jody's help, Carole Goggin and I have located the McClain/Rouggley Cemetery. The reason I couldn't find it was all the records available had it in Section 36. It is in Section 25. We also changed the name to Peter P. McClain Cemetery as Peter P. was the first person to purchase the land and he is buried there. The Rouggleys married into the family later. The Jefferson County Historical Society site has these changes online. McClain, Peter P.
