Clarence Everett Abernathy was born Feb, 1898 in Longtown/Perryville - Died 1957 in Crystal City/Festus. His father was Noah Abernathy and mother Ida Endres Carlton Abernathy. Noah and Ida were married 12-26-1896. It is rumored by my Aunt that Clarence Everett Abernathy was adopted by Noah and Ida. I say rumored because I have never read anything that even implies the adoption of Clarence.
