Hendrickson, deceased, in and to the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 25, township 41, Range 5 east containing, 73 43-100 ACRES situate in Jefferson county, Mo. One-half of the purchase money will be required in cash, and the balance in six months with interest at six per cent from date, the purchaser giving note, and deed to be executed on complete payment of the purchase money.
