Isle of Capri sues Kimmswick Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. and Kimmswick Properties Inc. filed suit in Jefferson County Circuit Court against the City of Kimmswick to prevent the city from condemning or annexing the site of Isle of Capri's proposed $100 million casino. Kimmswick Properties owns the Jefferson County site and Isle of Capri is the proposed tenant. Thought some of you might want to know about this. Desoto Joe/The Record Man
