Looking for any information on Nancy Angel..... On the microfilm for the marriage records of Jefferson Co MO is the following record (I *think* the man's surname is PEARCE, but only the "PEA" are for sure). It reads... "...George W. PEA(RCE) to Nancy ANGEL on the 16th of October 1836 - I certify the three above certificates to - as they stand on my books of record this 3rd day of November 1836. B. F. Harwell (?) Justice of the Peace" The same JP also married another couple and Joseph S. McKEE and Senthy (sic) WIDEMAN on the 9th of Oct 1836, and all that info was included on this one record. Am trying to determine if the man Nancy married was really PEARCE (and, of course, who their children were, who their parents were, etc etc etc :-). The only way to find the record is to actually read the microfilm - the above record is not listed in *any* of the printed editions of Jefferson Co MO Marriage Records that I have seen to date.
