Hi, If you have a good date range (1851-1861) you can put in a request for probate records for William Woodcocks with the Missouri Archives. It may take up to 6 weeks to get a response, but, might be worth it. Also, now that they are charging for out-of-state requests and limiting # of requests for all - their waiting list may be a lot shorter. Also, have you tried putting in a request with the Historical Manuscript Collection? I think they gave me a list of all Pyeatt/Piatt, etc. from their indexes and then I told them which ones to copy for me.
