Jacob Wise,who married Nancy "Anna" Rice, apparently came from Breckenridge Co., KY to Jefferson Co., MO by 1820. I descend from son, John Wise who married Frances Jones, of St Louis, IL. I'm specifically interested in the persons mentioned in this query, but am interested in all Wise families of this county as they are more than likely related. Thanks!
