I was in the habit of sending 'revolving emails' in that as soon as they found an item for me - I sent another request. This was at no charge except for copies. I know they have changed their rules and charge out-of-state fees of $15.00 and limit researchers to a number of requests per year. Did they tell you if this email request was one at a time or ONE per patron (lifetime). I know that some societies limit requests to one per lifetime. I went to their site and did not find the research policy or charge schedule. Perhaps they've had too many complaints and gone back to their old ways? Let me know if you find out.
