Hi Jan, Thanks for the reply. Now I know there a at least four or five of us staying out of the heat today. WE have a lot of ties in Jefferson County and the one I am looking for at the moment is the burial site of Nancy Lantham/Latham. She was born in 1830 in Virginia, married to William S. Vineyard (b. VA.1818) on 19Dec.1847. Her date and place of death are unknown. He is buried in Vineland in what is known as the Vineyard Cemetery. I understand there are Lantham/Latham's still in the De Soto area, so I am wondering if they are related to her.
