Just a quick note.... I believe Marie Davis was in error when she listed Whitaker Mothershead and Charles Mothershead as sons of William Mothershead who died ca 1829 in Jefferson Co MO. William died Intestate which meant that ALL of his heirs had to be listed in the probate proceedings. We know William's wife predeceased him since she is not listed anywhere; Charles and Whitaker Mothershead are also not included.
