"Tom" and Margaret had at least one child, Margaret. The 1870 Federal census for Jefferson County lists this couple along with Margaret & John's children, Edward, Patrick, Thomas, George, and John. We'd love to know what happened to these kids, and to the children of John's brother Edward, deceased in 1870 leaving widow Martha (maiden name unknown) with children Isaac, Catherine, and Edward.
