I found no Samuel or Jane Green on the 1880 census who were born in Mo. within a 5 year period either way of their birth date. I also found no John or Benjamin in Missouri whose parents were born in Mo. I did a search within 3 years either way of their birth. I did find one John Green who was born in Mo. in 1846-47 whose parents were born in Mo. He is listed in Red Bluff, Tehama, CA. page 456A of the 1880 census. Also in the household is wife Martha b. in MO. as were her parents and a daughter Mary a. 12 who was born in Mo. By 1880 it is quite possible Samuel was deceased and Jane also, unless she was remarried.
