Yes, Mary - I've been having problems today. I've tried to log on since 5:30am Las Vegas time - it is now past 9:00pm and I can't get on. I called their phone numbers and get a recording that says their hours are M-F 7a-7p. The message says to send an email if you're having a problem!! Maybe it's because of the long holiday weekend load? I don't know but it sure ticks me off to pay for something I can't use. Mary Bittick Gallano
