Koch, 60, rural DeSoto, died Nov. 15 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 19,1929, in DeSoto, the son of Aloysius Joseph and Maude Victoria (nee Johnson) Koch, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (nee James)Koch. He is also survived by one daughter, Robin Koch, Desoto; two sons, Frank E. Koch Jr. and Fred Koch, both of DeSoto; one sister, Kathleen J. Higgins, Florissant, and three brothers, Jerome D. Koch, Festus, Donnell Koch, DeSoto, and Robert Koch, DeStoto. A lifelong resident of Jefferson County, he was a self-employed carpenter. Funeral arrangements are by Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, DeSoto. He was cremated according to his wishes.
