Big Thanks to Mona and Bettye for clearing up the confusion with the new area codes for reaching the various Clerks offices. I have a information from the JCGS publication Jefferson County Death Records 1883-1892 which lists some particulars on an ancestor including name, date of death, age, place of birth, cause of death and location (Jefferson County.)
