REVIS OF FESTUS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, MISSOURI. I, B.C. Revis, of the County of Jefferson, State of Missouri, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. First: I desire that all my just debts be paid at once out of any moneys which I may die possessed. Second:i have one five hundred dollar coupon liberty bond with coupons attached which I devise and bequeth to my daughter Gertrude Tesreau to be hers absolutely. Third; The five hundred dollar note and deed of trust signed by Alonzo Tesreau and Gertrude Tesreau I order to be canceled and delivered to them, as a token of my appreciation for services rendered me during my illness. Fourth; I give devise and bequeth unto Alonzo Tesreau and Gertrude Tesreau his wife the following described real estate to-wit: All of lots numbered Nineteen (19) Twenty (20) Twenty One (21) Twenty Two (22) Twenty Three (23) and Twenty Four (24) in Block Number Eleven (11) and lots numbered five (5) and six (6) in Block numbered fifteen (15) all in South University Place, the Second Addition. Also lots numbered twenty nine (29) and thirty (30) in block numbered fifty seven (57) in Windsor Heights, said Windsor Heights being a subdivision of the South one half of Section twelve (120 in Township Four (4) South of Range Sixty Seven (67) West, All of above described property being located in the County of Arapahoe State of Colorado. Fifth: The five hundred dollar Woodsman Insurance Policy which I have and which is made payable to my daughter Gertrude Tesreau, I desire to be used to pay my funeral expenses, and it is understood and agreed by her to use same for that purpose. Sixth: I give devise and bequeth to my daughter Gertrude Tesreau all my household kitchen furniture, and the ford which I now possess to be hers absolutely. Seventh: I desire that the following described real estate to-wit All of the north part of lot number one (1) of block number two of Adams subdivision of U.S. Survey No. 315, Township No. 40, North range No. six East, that is to say sixty five feet northwardly and southwardly off of the North side of lot no. one through the entire length thereof from Adam Street on the west to Church street on the east, same property being my home place, be sold by my executor at private sale as soon after my decease as convenient, and out of the proceeds, first pay the one thousand dollar deed of trust and note held by the Citizens Bank of Festus, then divide the remainder as follows to-wit: One fifth of said remainder to be paid to my son Dock Revis, One fifth to Gertrude Tesreau my daughter, One fifth to Raymond Revis my son, one fifth less one dollar to my son Raymond Revis and the one dollar to my son Jack revis, and the remaining one fifth to my son W.L. Revis. Eighth; All the rest and remainder of my estate which consists of notes signed by Thomas Palmer in the sum of Three hundred sixty five dollars more or less, and any other property which I have failed to dispose of I direct my executor to use to purchase marker tomb stones for my lot and graves therein, any remainder to be divided equally between my Heirs herein named. I hereby appoint Alonzo Tesreau my son in law, Executor of this my last will and Testament and I request that he serve as such without being required to give bond. In witness whereof , I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty fourth day of April, 1929. Signed B.C. Revis The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed and declared by the said B.C.
