Hello List: Is anyone searching the John Gamble family who came to the DeSoto area in the 1820's? Justus, Joseph, John K.,Jr., and Archibald Miner were all born in Ohio; older sister was born in PA according to the census records. Where in Ohio?Father, John, came from Bradford Co., went back on visit and died there in 1828. His widow??Luciana was on the census of 1830 in Big River Twp. I have lots of info on Joseph but little on his brothers. Any help/clue/suggestion would be immensely appreciated. Edna
