I don't find Charles Spencer in the database, though. Charles' and Laura's death certificates are on the Missouri Death Certificates database http://www.sos.mo.gov/archives/resources/deathcertificates/ and both are buried in Harvey Cemetery, but somehow Charles' wasn't recorded.
