Among his brothers there was a John "Willis" WILLIAMS who was born about 1851 probably in Washington Co., IL. "Willis" died after 1900. A niece wrote down that "Willis" married and had children; but her information has proven to contain many inaccuracies. I have no other information on "Willis" WILLIAMS. He could have lived in Jasper County, MO., other of his siblings did. Or he could have lived in eastern Washington state, for a time brother Amos did, then he returned to Jasper Co., MO.
