I grew up on a farm north of Joplin and recall that there were two what we called POWDER companies in the area -- DuPont in Carl Junction and Hercules in Joplin. Now I realize that when they had explosions at these plants (and I recall there being at least one at each plant when I lived back there)that POWER was generated, but don't think it was intentional.... picky, picky, picky!!!
