Is there anyone on this list who graduated from Joplin High School? My mother graduated about 1930, and her brothers and sisters in the mid-late 1920s. I would be interested in knowning if there are any graduates from around this time frame who are still living and might remember my mother and her siblings. Is there an alumni association at the high school that might be able to help? Thanks - Candy Cox
Interesting idea...my mother did not graduate from high school, but I believe attended through the eighth grade, and may have attended a Joplin or Webb City public school. Anybody have relatives who may have graduated from high school around 1915 or so? My mother's name was Leona Elizabeth McMillen and her sibs were Thelma and Howard McMillen. Thelma and Howard may have completed high school...I don't know for sure. They would have been in the classes of 1918 and 1920, give or take a couple of years. If you've ever heard of them, please give me a jingle! Thank you in advance....
