Odom in any microfilm of Joplin Globe newspapers dated April 15th--April 21st. He is also not listed in the Joplin Globe newspaper index for 2003. If he did die in Carthage, Mo., the Carthage Press microfilms are in the Carthage Public Library--you might check with them.
