Hi! I have a Luther Motley who married Frances Woods. I have that he was born December 27, 1850, I'm not sure whether that was Missouri or Kentucky, and that he died December 30, 1945. He is buried in the Dry Valley Cemetery, which is in Newton County, MO. His father was Edwin M. Motley from Kentucky (probably Allen County) born Feb 4, 1826 and died Sept 7, 1893. Also buried in the Dry Valley Cemetery. His Mother was Amanda Moody born in Kentucky 5/7/1833 and died March 27, 1905. Also buried in Dry Valley Cemeter. I got the relationship information from other Motley researchers, so it isn't original to me. However, I did visit the Dry Valley Cemetery myself.
