He had a brother name John and a son named John born in 1827. I have no further info on either of these Johns. Banister had at least 11 children and there are some Johns scattered through the line plus there are some of the children with Bannister as a middle name. We really need more information to determine if the John you refer to is in the line of Hickeys I have.
