I found the online address for the METHODIST CHURCH, then I located the Church Archives info, (it is easy, trust me) and then I contacted them, they sent me the obits and information for 2 of my ancestors records from the early 1800s. Plus the obits. It was a very small fee. It is all explained on their site. Most churches have this type of record keeping for al members of their clergy, I did the same for the Presbyterian Church. Just put Methodist Church as the search or add Archives, you will fid it.
