Obituaries Published: Sunday 2006/03-05 - Joplin Globe Libby Harbour Elizabeth Huddleston Harbour, known to all as Libby, age 54, passed away at 1:15 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2006, at her home in Oak Park, Ill., where she had resided the past 15 years. Born Nov. 16, 1951, in Joplin to Bill Huddleston and the late Betty Meadows Huddleston, she graduated from Joplin High School in 1969, and attended the University of Oklahoma at Norman, where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. An artist and homemaker, she was a member of St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Joplin and attended Grace Episcopal Church in Oak Park. Survivors include her son, Dan Harbour, of Glenwood Springs, Colo.; her daughter, Kate Harbour, of Oak Park; her father, Bill Huddleston and wife, Cathy, of Joplin; and her sister, Debby Record, of Joplin. The body was cremated under the direction of Drechsler, Brown & Williams Funeral Home in Oak Park. Memorial services will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, Oak Park at 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 8.
