I'm looking for a lead on Echo Z (Zoe) Ramsey b March 1879 in IL. I'm missing lots of uncles so I thought maybe an Uncle b in IL or TN was and earlier inhabitant of Jasper Co. Some of my Ramsey ended up in Henry Co., MO John
