Andrea, they didn't charge me a penny. Pretty nice people. They even included the original obituary clipped from the Joplin Globe in 1946. I guess someone clipped it from the paper and included it in her file; possibly saying "Hey, you never know - maybe in 50 or 60 years somebody will come asking about this nice lady, and we'll be able to provide a little something extra for them." I was very surprised to receive it, let me tell you. Be sure and include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request.
