My parents were married 9/8/1943. My mom was underage for Illinois at the time: Daisy M. Wilson m. John H. Clark. My dad doesn't remember the actual small town, but felt it was around Joplin. Hi, You might just want to write the courthouse in Jasper County, especially since you have an exact date.
